Yarify is a dating and social discovery platform intended only for users aged 18 years and above. By creating an account or using Yarify, you agree to follow our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and Safety Guidelines. Yarify is a platform that helps users discover and communicate with other users, but we do not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, compatibility or behavior of any user. Users are responsible for exercising reasonable caution when communicating with or meeting others. Harassment, threats, stalking, scams, impersonation, unwanted sexual content, sharing private information without permission, and any other abusive or unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of an account.
By selecting "I Agree" and creating a Yarify account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you agree to Yarify's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and Safety Guidelines. You understand that Yarify processes certain information to provide its services, facilitate connections, maintain platform security and prevent fraud and abuse.
Yarify does not conduct a complete background check on every user and cannot guarantee that every profile or statement made by a user is accurate. Users should not send money, share OTPs, passwords, banking information or sensitive personal information with people they meet through Yarify. If you feel threatened, harassed, scammed or unsafe, stop communication, use the Block and Report features and seek appropriate assistance.
Yarify reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates our Terms, Code of Conduct, Safety Guidelines or applicable law. We may take action without prior notice where we believe immediate action is necessary to protect users, particularly in cases involving harassment, fraud, threats, exploitation, impersonation or other serious misconduct.
Yarify is designed with a strong focus on women's safety, privacy and control. We maintain zero tolerance for harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, unwanted sexual behavior, financial exploitation and other conduct that may compromise a woman's safety or dignity. Users can use available Block, Report and Unmatch features to control their interactions. Serious violations may result in immediate permanent account termination and, where appropriate or legally required, cooperation with law-enforcement authorities.
Paid subscriptions and features may be subject to applicable prices, taxes, billing terms, renewal conditions and refund policies displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store may also be subject to the respective platform's payment and subscription policies.
