We encourage users not to include highly sensitive personal information in their profiles or conversations unless they are comfortable sharing it. You should never publicly disclose information such as passwords, OTPs, bank details, financial information or your exact home address.
When you access or use Yarify, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information. This may include your IP address, device type, operating system, browser or application information, device identifiers, app version, login activity, features used, crash reports, diagnostic information, language, time zone and information about how you interact with the platform. We may use this information to operate, secure, maintain and improve Yarify.
Yarify may use location information to provide location-based discovery, matching and other features. Depending on your device permissions and the features you use, location information may be obtained through GPS, Wi-Fi, mobile networks or other permitted technologies. You can control location permissions through your device settings. If you disable location access, certain Yarify features may not function properly. We use your information to create and maintain your account, provide matching and discovery features, enable communication between matched users, process subscriptions and payments, provide customer support and deliver the features and services offered by Yarify. We may also use your information to understand your preferences and activity so that we can improve recommendations and help you discover potentially compatible users.
We may analyze information about how users interact with Yarify to improve the platform, develop new features, identify technical problems, measure performance and understand user behavior. We may also process information to detect spam, fake accounts, scams, fraudulent activity, harassment, inappropriate behavior and other violations of our policies.
Yarify is designed with a strong focus on women's safety, privacy, dignity and control. We may process account information, reports, user activity and other relevant information when necessary to investigate harassment, stalking, threats, impersonation, scams, inappropriate behavior or other violations of our policies.
Yarify provides users with safety and interaction controls such as blocking, reporting and unmatching, where available. No user is required to continue a conversation, accept a match or meet another person offline. Yarify has zero tolerance for harassment, threats, stalking, blackmail, unwanted sexual content, non-consensual sharing of intimate content, financial scams, impersonation or repeated unwanted contact. Depending on the seriousness of a violation, Yarify may restrict, suspend or permanently terminate an account and may cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where legally required or appropriate.
Yarify processes information that you voluntarily submit through the platform, including messages, photographs, videos, profile information, reports and other content. This information may be processed to provide communication features, investigate complaints, enforce our policies, prevent abuse and maintain platform security.
Users should exercise caution when communicating with people they meet online. Never share passwords, OTPs, bank details, financial information, home addresses or other sensitive information with someone you have met through Yarify.
We do not sell your personal information simply because you create a Yarify account. However, information may be shared in limited circumstances where necessary to operate, maintain, improve or protect the platform.
Information that you voluntarily place on your public or discoverable profile may be visible to other Yarify users according to the platform's features and your privacy settings. Please understand that once information is shared with another user, that person may copy, save, screenshot or share it outside Yarify, and Yarify cannot control what another person does with information that they have independently obtained.
We may also share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Yarify, including providers of cloud hosting, databases, analytics, customer support, payment processing, email or SMS services, push notifications, security, fraud prevention and technical infrastructure. Where payment information is handled directly by a third-party payment provider, the provider's own privacy policy may also apply.

Deleting your Yarify account does not necessarily remove information that another user may already have copied, saved, downloaded or shared outside Yarify.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing our services, maintaining safety and security, complying with legal obligations and resolving disputes. The retention period may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, whether your account remains active, legal requirements and security considerations.
Information associated with banned or restricted accounts may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent repeat abuse, fraud, harassment or other safety violations.
Yarify is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly permit anyone under the age of 18 to create or maintain an account. If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may immediately suspend or terminate that account and take appropriate action regarding the associated information. If you believe that a person under 18 is using Yarify, please report the account to us immediately.
Yarify may use or integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, analytics services, authentication providers, hosting companies, advertising platforms and other technology providers. When you interact with these services, their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Yarify is not responsible for privacy practices of third-party services that it does not own or control.
Depending on the infrastructure and service providers used by Yarify, your information may be processed or stored in locations outside your state or country. Users must respect the privacy of people they meet through Yarify. You must not copy another person's profile for unauthorized purposes, publish another user's private information, distribute another user's photographs or videos without appropriate authorization, publicly share private conversations for harassment or exploitation, attempt to locate another person using information obtained from Yarify, or use another user's information for stalking, harassment, discrimination, scams or unauthorized commercial purposes. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
Yarify may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, security practices, business operations or applicable legal requirements. When material changes are made, we may provide appropriate notice through the Yarify application, website or other available communication channels. The updated Privacy Policy will become effective from the date specified at the beginning of the revised policy.
